Carmona, Cavite – October 12, 2022, In adherence to the implementation and commitment to its Equal Opportunity Principle (EOP), Carmona Water District, duly represented by its General Manager Engr. Aniline B. Francia and Mr. Carlo Jay C. Manansala signed the Memorandum of Agreement with the Local Government of Carmona, headed by Honorable Mayor Dalia A. Loyola and Persons with Disability Office (PDAO)-Carmona Cavite, represented by its Head Ms. Rosebelle Mercurio, which agrees and allows the affiliation and provide assistance to the qualified applicants and/or candidates with special needs or disability in the assessment processes of the recruitment and hiring procedure of the agency subject to it policies, procedures and guidelines as approved by the Civil Service Commission(CSC).

This signing further signifies the agency’s commitment in providing equal opportunity and drive against discrimination to qualified person on the basis of their age, gender, civil status, disability, religion, ethnicity, social status, economic standing, paternity and affiliation, political affiliation or pregnancy, on its hiring and selection process, in recognizing outstanding contributions and exemplary achievements of its employees, in providing suitable learning and development to all, and in other programs and activities of the agency.
