Through the collective effort of Carmona Water District, headed by General Manager Engr. Aniline B. Francia, the Water Safety Plan of the agency has been officially approved pursuant to the Department of Health Administrative Order No. 2017-0006. The Certificate was issued on September 26, 2022 upon the authority of Secretary of Health through its OIC Undersecretary of Health, Public Health Services Team Ms. Beverly Lorraine C. HO, MD, MPH.

Only 68 water districts across the country have been given the approved WSP for 2022. This remarkable accomplishment serves as another milestone achieved by Carmona Water District, once again proving its tradition of quality service excellence by providing safe drinking water service to its concessionaires and to the constituents of Carmona Cavite in general.
