The CWD Committee on Anti-Red Tape (CART) conducted an inspection of the agencyβs frontline service units in full support with the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) and in observance of the Ease of Doing Business (EODB) Month 2025.
The activity was headed by General Manager Aniline B. Francia, together with Mr. Joemar G. Cunanan, Engr. Ma. Nieves C. MaΓ±abo, Mr. Carlo Jay C. Manansala, Mr. Philip Angelo G. CardaΓ±o, and Ms. Luisa May L. Ventura.
The frontline services that were assessed were the following:
1. Citizensβ Charter Compliance
2. Compliance with Prescribed Processing Times
3. Professionalism and Responsiveness of Frontline Personnel
4. Functionality of Public Assistance and Complaints Desk (PACD)
5. Availability and Use of Feedback Mechanisms
6. Queue Management and Service Area Organization
7. Accessibility and Client-Friendliness of the Facility
8. Availability and Efficiency of Online or Digital Channels
9. Visibility of EODB Month Advocacy Materials
10. Client Experience and Perception
11. Bawal ang Red Tape Reminders
This initiative serves as CWD’s commitment to evaluate the quality, efficiency, accessibility, and responsiveness of government frontline services in compliance with Republic Act No. 11032, also known as the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018.
