Mr. Ernesto C. Dominguez Jr. bagged the agency’s top honor as the Most Outstanding Employee of the Year for 2022. Mr. Dominguez was recognized for his valuable contribution and leadership in CWD Septage Treatment Plant facility and highly considered as a key personnel of the Engineering and Operations Division.

Other Nominated employees have also been recognized for their compassion and diligence in doing their duties and responsibilities. CWD identified these employees as candidates for Most Outstanding Employee for 2022 in their respective departments. These are the following: Mr. Hilbert M. Dalisay of Admin/Finance, Ms. Luisa May F. Laura of Commercial, Mr. Archie B. Cuentas of Construction and Maintenance, and Mr. Joselito G. Levardo of Water Resources.

For the Exemplary Behavior Award, three consistent and inspiring personnel was also given recognition during the event. They were Ms. Khrysstine Bernadette M Bravo of the Engineering and Operations Division, Mr. Philip Angelo G. Cardaño of the Admin and Finance Division, and Mr. Lambert T. Hipanao of the Commercial Services Division. The awardees were regarded by their respective heads for their positive attitude towards their work assignments, and for showing admirable behavior towards their leaders and peers.
