We are proud to share that for three consecutive years, Carmona Water District has received an Unqualified Opinion from the Commission on Audit (COA) on the fairness of Financial Statements presentation for the year ended December 31, 2024.

This is to show our continuing commitment to the highest degree of transparency, accountability, integrity, and good governance. An assurance to our concessionaires that every drop and every peso is well guarded and accounted for.

According to COA’s official website, an unmodified opinion (also referred to as an unqualified opinion) is issued when the auditor concludes that the financial statements are prepared, in all material respects, in accordance with the applicable financial reporting framework.
